Year of foundation

The Moscow Interrepublican Winery is one of the oldest Russian alcoholic distilleries in Moscow, founded in 1971.

The plant was a recognized leader in sales volumes of wine, cognac and alcoholic beverages on the market of the USSR and subsequently in Russia

Reconstruction

Due to loan funds taken from a Moscow bank, the plant was reconstructed and purchased new equipment from foreign manufacturers, but the plant never resumed work

After the reorganization of the Bank of Moscow, collateral in the form of equipment and real estate, the plant became a non-core assets of VTB Bank. Subsequently, real estate and equipment were put up for auction

Bankruptcy

In 2015, VTB began bankruptcy proceedings against MMVZ, and in 2022 the arbitration court The Moscow plant was declared bankrupt.

Purchase of a plant

The company LLC "REGION 50" purchased the main technological equipment, a portfolio of trademarks and technological recipes for the production of cognac and vodka
