Water treatment and mixing

A five-stage water purification system from our own artesian well allows you to get excellent quality water. The prepared water is mixed with distillates to the required strength

Blending

Blending of drinks occurs in special containers, followed by a long rest for classical technology, depending on the classification of the drink

Cold treatment

The blends undergo mandatory cold treatment for 5-10 days in special containers, with cooling jackets and thermal insulation

Filtration

Next, the blends are sent for cold filtration through filter cardboard at subzero temperatures. The final stage of filtration of the finished blends before bottling is carried out through a cascade of special highly efficient filters that allow you to give the finished product a special shine and transparency

Reception of alcohol

We obtain alcohols for production from leading industry enterprises, such as Zernoprodukt LLC and Etalon LLC (Tula region) are federal enterprises that are part of Rosspirtprom.

We purchase grain and wheat natural alcohol of the Lux and Alpha varieties, having unique organoleptic properties

Storage of alcohol

In the alcohol storage facility, the alcohol rests and settles at the correct temperature conditions

Mixing

From the alcohol storage facility, alcohol is supplied to the blending shop for the preparation of vodka. In sorting tanks, alcohol is mixed with crystal clear, specially prepared water from our own artesian well

Filtration

Filtration of the water-alcohol mixture occurs through a complex of carbon purification batteries, consisting of sandboxes and coal cleaning columns, the filtration material is quartz sand and birch charcoal BAU brand

The plant also uses a nanotechnological filtration process with silver ions, silver filtration, in turn, can work in parallel with carbon purification batteries, and sequentially, which makes it possible to purify vodka at the molecular level from foreign impurities

After undergoing filtration and the redox process, an aldehyde is formed in vodka according to GOST standards, which has a beneficial effect on the subsequent taste and organoleptic characteristics of the product

The final stage of filtration of neutral vodka is the passage of sandbox filters, giving additional shine and purity to our product

Rest and standing

After passing through the filtration complex, neutral vodka is sent to finishing tanks for settling and selection of spot gas chromatographic (using the layout technique more than 20 components), physico-chemical and organoleptic analysis of our accredited laboratory and certified tasting commission

Preparation of blends

Our technologists and blenders prepare ingredients for each recipe and technological instructions. We use only natural raw materials that undergo strict production control After adding the natural ingredients, the vodka is thoroughly mixed and taken sequentially control analysis for the finished blend. Afterwards the product settles with a long rest in finishing tanks for the highest assimilation, which gives uniformity and roundness to the drink. Finished ready the blend is sent for organoleptic analysis and, after receiving a high tasting score, is issued permission to bottle the product. The final stage before bottling is control filtration, which is a cascade of filters that sequentially purify our product at the micron level, after which the product gets to the bottling line

Mechanical filtration unit

Water from the well enters the buffer tank for uniform supply and purification. Through the pump, water is supplied to a multilayer filter with Next Sand filler, where the water is purified from iron, silt and suspended matter

Two carbon filtration units

Next, the water enters the carbon filter: coconut charcoal removes organic matter and chlorides, improving the taste and organoleptic properties of the water

The water is then supplied to two softening columns: calcium and magnesium cations are removed, which avoids the formation of sediment

Membrane block

Softened water passes to a reverse osmosis membrane and undergoes fine purification. Membranes purify water at the molecular level and the result is permeate - specially prepared, corrected water, with an adjustable microelement composition
